Major Drug Bust in Port Monmouth
The following information was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's Detective Lt. Steven Dollinger. It does not indicate convictions.

A three-month investigation conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, Bayshore Unit in cooperation with the Middletown Township Police Department culminated in a search warrant being executed June 30 at 12 Walada Ave., in the Port Monmouth section of the Middletown, resulting in arrests being made on a string of drug possession and intent to distribute (dealing) charges leveled against one of the home’s residents, Christopher Sadecki. Two other family members, Peter and Dean Sadecki, who live there as well, are facing drug possession charges.
Christopher Sadecki, 25, of 12 Walada Ave., Port Monmouth, was charged with the following: three counts of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS, cocaine), three counts of third degree possession of the CDS (cocaine) with intent to distribute, three counts of third degree distribution of CDS (cocaine) to an undercover officer, three counts of a CDS (cocaine with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park zone, and three counts of possession of a CDS (cocaine) with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone.
Additional charges were brought against Christopher Sadecki as a result of the findings after the search warrant was executed. They are: third degree possession of a CDS (cocaine), third degree possession of a CDS (cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of a CDS (cocaine) with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park zone, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, second degree possession of a CDS Ecstasy (MDMA), second degree possession of Ecstasy (MDMA) with intent to distribute, possession of Ecstasy (MDMA) with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park zone, possession of Ecstasy (MDMA) with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, third degree possession of over 50 grams of marijuana, third degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over 50 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park zone, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, third degree possession of the prescription ledger drug Xanax, one count of destruction of evidence, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail of $111,000 was set by the Judge Richard Thompson, with no 10 percent option.
The charges of distribution were based upon undercover purchases of cocaine made by members of the county Narcotics Strike Force from Christopher Sadecki. Based upon these purchases, a search warrant was obtained and subsequently executed at his home in Port Monmouth.

The additional quantities of cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana and Xanax, approximately $2600 in U.S. currency and a 2005
Chevrolet Equinox were also seized as a result of the search.
Two other residents of the home were arrested on charges of drug possession.
Peter Sadecki, 23, of 12 Walada Ave., Port Monmouth, was charged with the following: one count of third degree possession of a CDS (cocaine), and one count of third degree possession of a CDS (Ecstasy) (MDMA).
Bail was set by the Judge Richard Thompson in the amount of $7500, with no ten percent option.
Dean Sadecki, 52, of 12 Walada Ave., Port Monmouth, was charged with the following: one count of third degree possession of a CDS (cocaine), and one count of third degree possession of a CDS (Ecstasy) (MDMA).
Dean Sadecki was released on his own recognizance.
