Man Sold Heroin Near Keansburg Playground, Police Say
He had 76 bags of heroin on him and was trying to sell it last Tuesday, police said.

KEANSBURG, NJ — A man was charged last Tuesday, May 2, with having large amounts of heroin on him while near a public playground in Keansburg. Justin Garcia, 23, of Keansburg was found near Donohue playground with 76 bags of heroin on him last Tuesday, police said.
He was caught while trying to sell some of the heroin to a woman, police said. He was arrested.
The playground is on Carr Avenue. That same day, a Union Beach man was arrested in Hazlet after he was allegedly found with five wax folds of heroin on him. Robert Maxwell, 37, also had metal spoons, two hypodermic needles and a glass pipe with him, police said.
