Man Who Hit, Killed Middletown Woman Indicted for Driving with Suspended License After DWI
In an unrelated incident, Jordan Bishop was indicted for driving with a suspended license earlier this year, after he was charged with DWI.

Middletown, NJ - The same man who struck a pedestrian in his car in Middletown in 2012, killing her, was indicted last week for driving a car while his license had been suspended for drunk driving violations.
Jordan E. Bishop, 27, was indicted last week for driving a car in Middletown while his license was suspended. That occurred on Jan. 14 of this year, prosecutors said. His license was suspended at the time because it was Bishop's second drunk driving violation, police said.
A spokesman for the Monmouth County prosecutor's office confirmed that it's the same Jordan E. Bishop who struck and killed Erica L. Hamdan, 31 from the Port Monmouth section of Middletown. She was struck and killed while crossing the intersection of Rt. 36 South and Wilson Avenue with a friend at 8:06 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012.
