Men Arrested For Selling, Buying Drugs Near Beach: Keansburg Police
Two men were charged in the June 2nd drug deal, police said.
KEANSBURG, NJ-- A local man was charged with possession and distribution of heroin near a Keansburg public park on June 2, police said. The Hazlet man he was selling the heroin to was charged with possession.
John Hazimof, of Hazlet, was charged with five drug counts according to prosecutors. Keansburg Police arrested Hazimof for possession, intention to distribute, and distribution of heroin.
Hazimof was distributing the heroin to Anthony Alessi, who was charged with possession of heroin.

Because the two met near Keansburg Municipal Beach, Hazimof was also charged with distribution and possession of heroin within 500 feet of a public park.
