Middletown Boy Hospitalized After Being Stabbed By Brother

As this is a domestic incident that involves minor children, the age of the two brothers will not be released, said the county prosecutor.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A Middletown boy has been hospitalized Friday after he was stabbed by his older brother, a spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's office confirmed.

The boy is in stable condition.

As this is a domestic incident and involves minor children, the age of the two boys will not be released, to protect their identities, said Chris Swendeman, a spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor.
