Middletown Halloween Curfew In Effect This Year

Don't worry, there's still plenty of time to trick-or-treat.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ-- Make sure to get your tricks and treats in early: Middletown will have a Halloween curfew in place on Oct. 30 and 31.

After 8:00 PM, anyone under the age of 18 must be off the streets. Trick or treating hours are between 12:00 and 8:00 PM.

“This is a fun time for the community, especially children who will be dressing up and trick-or-treating,” Middletown Police Chief R. Craig Weber said. “While we want everyone to enjoy their evening, we strongly encourage residents to be responsible and consider these safety tips.”
