Middletown Man Run Over After Argument, Suspect Still At Large: Cops
The death was ruled a homicide, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A Middletown man was run over multiple times and killed Tuesday evening in an Old Bridge parking lot, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor. The death has been ruled a homicide.
Jason Freeman, 36, of Middletown, died in the parking lot shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Acting Old Bridge Police Chief Donald Fritz, Jr.
Old Bridge Police say they received a 911 call at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, reporting an altercation in a parking lot at 100 Perrine Road.

The suspect then got into his or her car, and ran over Freeman multiple times before fleeing the scene, said police.
Freeman succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The person accused of killing him is still at large, said a spokeswoman for the county prosecutor. It is believed he or she was driving a white car.
The Middlesex County Prosecutor refused to release any further details, including whether the suspect is a man or a woman, or what the argument was about.
