Middletown Police Blotter

Middletown police recently arrested defendants on charges including drug possession, burglary, assault and obstruction.

According to a news release from Deputy Chief Stephen Dollinger:

June 18

Kristie Lepard, 24, from Kentucky Avenue in Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Adam Colfer on charges of Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Philip Mathew, 37, from Shannon Way in Trevose, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Patrolman Thomas Hughes of the Anti-Crime Unit on a charge of Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Boby George, 36, from Laramie Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Patrolman Thomas Hughes of the Anti-Crime Unit on a charge of Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Alexander Green, 20, from Wesley Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested by Detective William Strohkirch on charges of Burglary, Theft and Conspiracy. He was held on $22,500 bail.

Corporal Robert Shannon took a 17-year-old boy from the Leonardo section of town into custody on a charge of Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.

June 19

Julio Sinchi, 44, from Railroad Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman John Mele on a charge of Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

Michael Ryan, 51, from Main Street in Keansburg, was arrested by Patrolman Greg Buhowski on charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia took a 14-year-old girl from Keansburg, into custody on a charge of Simple Assault. She was released pending a court date.

June 20

Christopher Carroll, 23, from Leonardville Road in Belford, Was arrested by Corporal James Keenan on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

June 21

Jennifer Flower, 41, from Clearview Drive in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, arrested by Patrolman Frank Mazza on charges of Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Carol Brown-Findon, 55, from Kings Highway East in Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman James Beirne on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court date.

Jared Lamanno, 32, from Kimberly Court in Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Christopher Menendez on a charge of Simple Assault. He was released after posting $2,500 bail.

June 22

Nicole Passenant, 21, from Kildare Drive in Hazlet, was arrested by Patrolman Frank Mazza on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court date.

June 23

Lauri Duffy, 23, from McNair Court in Somerset, was arrested by Patrolman Adam Colfer on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. She was released pending a court date.

Steven James, 23, from Edgeview Road in Keyport, was arrested by Patrolman Adam Colfer on a charge of Criminal Mischief. He was held on $5,000 bail.

Thomas Cleary, 41, from Savannah Court in the Navesink section of Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Justin Johnson, 18, from Eden Crossing Lane in Richmond, Texas, was arrested by Sgt. Patricia Colangelo on a charge of Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

Robert Johnson, 42, from Eden Crossing Lane in Richmond, Texas, was arrested by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel on a charge of Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

Terrance Moriarty, 41, from Malibu Drive in Eatontown, was arrested by Patrolman John Mele on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Gary Klose, 43, from 10th Avenue in Neptune, was arrested by Patrolman David Ringkamp on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

June 25

Richard Mackie, 27, from Paul Place in Port Monmouth, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Clonazepam. He was released pending a court date.

Ryan Marks, 29, from Port Monmouth Road in Keansburg, was arrested by Detective Albert Scott on charges of Credit Card Theft and Theft. He was released after posting $7,500 bail.

Christian Nietschke, 20, from Church Lane in Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Nicholas Haines on charges of Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. He was released after posting $10,000 bail.

June 26

Michael Coffey, 30, from Coffey Lane in Leonardo, was arrested by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook on a charge of Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date. Rachel Memoli, 30, from Maplewood Drive in Middletown, was by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court date.

June 28

Michael Smith, 37, from Morehouse Road in New Egypt, was arrested by Patrolman Adam Colfer on charges of Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Obstructing the Administration of Law, Hindering Apprehension, Resisting Arrest, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the North Hanover and Plumsted Municipal Courts. He was held on $15,000 bail.

June 28

Chelsea Villano, 21, from Vermont Avenue in Port Monmouth, was arrested by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook on charges of Possession of Heroin and Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.

Courtney Henton, 18, from Glenmary Court in Leonardo, was arrested by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook on charges of Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Robert Rozinski, 19, from Richard Terrace in Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman John Mele on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Alcohol by Minors. He was released pending a court date.
