MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Released by the Middletown Twp. Police Department and unedited by Patch, here are all the arrests from December 2 - December 15, 2018. During that time period, Middletown police responded to 2,012 calls for service, including 173 first aid calls, 85 burglar alarms and 86 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 36 individuals, including five for outstanding bench warrants and two for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

Antonio Perez-Martinez, age 48, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for
driving under the influence. Martinez- Perez was processed and released on a summons
complaint.

Frank McQuade, age 26, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zubkow for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle. McQuade was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Christopher McKnight, age 31, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Robert Shannon for a contempt of court warrant. McKnight was processed and released after posting bail.

[Name Removed], age 35, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for possession of controlled dangerous substances, distribution, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a weapon. [Name Removed] was processed and lodged at The Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Richard Giordano, age 38, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Thomas Meckier for possession of drug paraphernalia. Giordano was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Kimberly Schaffer, age 29, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Christopher Keller for driving under the influence. Schaffer was processed and released on a summons compliant.

Amad Jones, age 37, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Thomas Walden for a contempt of court warrant. Jones was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Patrick Conroy, age 32, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Haines for contempt of court warrants. Conroy was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Kayla Kriete, age 20, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Haines for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kriete was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Jacquelin States, age 35, from Union Beach, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for shoplifting. States was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Walter Evernham, age 27, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Thomas Foster for disorderly conduct. Evernham was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Geraldo Taveras, age 27, from Brooklyn, NY, was arrested by Officer Sal Albanese for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Taveras was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Maria Herring, age 23, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer David Ringkamp for driving under the influence. Herring was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Wayne Smith, age 25, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for being a fugitive from justice and driving under the influence. Smith was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

William Pastorek, age 48, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Christopher Menendez for a contempt of court warrant. Pastorek was processed and released after posting bail.

Michael Patrick, age 25, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Fenezia for a contempt of court warrant, obstruction, and a non-payment of child support warrant. Patrick was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Kristina Sterling, age 24, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kevin Mahon for violation of probation. Sterling was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Christopher Campanelli, age 25, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for driving under the influence. Campanelli was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Nadine Bacek, age 45, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer David Ringkamp for theft of property, obstruction, hindering apprehension and a contempt of court warrant. Bacek was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Daniel Wardell, age 51, from Brick, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Wardell was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Yamila Delrio, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Delrio was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Michael Coffey, age 34, from Leonardo, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Fenezia for a contempt of court warrant. Coffey was processed and released after posting bail.

Lance Lally, age 53, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Thomas Walden for a contempt of court warrant. Lally was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Neil Boyle, age 27, from Aberdeen, was arrested by Officer Daniel Benbrook for driving under the influence and reckless driving. Boyle was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Jared Livezey, age 26, from Fairless Hills, PA, was arrested by Officer Tony Perito for disorderly conduct. Livezey was processed and released on a summons complaint.

A person that has been arrested or charged with an offense is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
