Middletown Police Blotter For January 2021

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Released by Middletown Police and unedited by Patch, all the arrests for the month of January have been made public.

The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Twp. Police Department during the time period of January 1, 2021 through January 31, 2021.

During the period of January 1, 2021 through January 31, 2021, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 4,111 calls for service, including 346 first aid calls, 111 burglar alarms and 114 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 30 individuals, including one for outstanding bench warrants and five for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

Louis Adamo, age 27, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Joshua Revette for driving under the influence.

Nicholas Reines, age 30, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for robbery, criminal mischief, harassment, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of unlawful weapons. Reines was additionally charged with driving under the influence by Officer Elzbieta Banel. Reines was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold. Reines was also charged with criminal mischief by Detective Adam Colfer for an incident unrelated to the other charges filed.

Christopher Teevan, age 43, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for driving under the influence. Teevan was processed and released.

James Beveridge 2nd, age 22, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Felipe Caamano for obstructing the law and disorderly conduct. Beveridge was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Megan Lynch, age 26, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Joseph Ahlemeyer for possession of marijuana over 50 grams. Lynch was processed and released.

Enrique Bernal, age 32, from Parlin, was arrested by Officer Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Bernal was processed and released.

Richard Smith, age 26, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Smith was processed and released on a summons complaint.

William Norton, age 32, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for possession of heroin. Norton was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Christopher O’Brien, age 52, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ian May for terroristic threats and unlawful possession of weapons. O’Brien was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Ariana Galya, age 26, from Laurence Harbor, was arrested by Officer Greg Buhowski for shoplifting. Galya was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Dara Kehoe, age 41, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Christopher Menendez for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Kehoe was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Andrew Melici, age 31, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Shane Hall for a contempt of court warrant. Melici was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Doris Diehl, age 40, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for driving under the influence. Diehl was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Karissa Noble, age 20, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Noble was processed and released on his own recognizance.

Horace Bland, age 36, from Manhattan, NY, was arrested by Officer Julian Reis for a contempt of court warrant and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Bland was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Alex Stern, age 21, from Morganville, was arrested by Officer Mohammed Masood for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Stern was processed and released.

Daniel Riley, age 46, from Howell, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for driving under the influence. Riley was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Marisa Reyes, age 38, from Old Bridge, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence. Reyes was processed and released on his own recognizance.

Yazier Johnson-Vaughn, age 31, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for a contempt of court warrant. Johnson-Vaughn was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

William Goggel 4th, age 21, from Fords, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Haines for a contempt of court warrant. Goggel was processed and released after posting bail.

Jessica Layton, age 29, from Port Monmouth, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Layton was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Richard Yaeger, age 68, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for disorderly conduct. Yaeger was processed and released on a summons complaint.

A person that has been arrested or charged with an offense is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Additionally, except in specific circumstances, arrest and complaint information and names of those charged may be released.
