Middletown Police Blotter, July 1 - July 14

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — During the period of July 1, 2018 through July 14, 2018, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 2,012 calls for service, including 173 first aid calls, 85 burglar alarms, and 86 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 79 individuals, including 10 for outstanding bench warrants and 6 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

Michael Wolffe, age 20, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Shaack for driving under the influence. Wolffe was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Ishaly Malley, age 40, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Malley was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Joseph Sanchez, age 21, from Long Branch was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Sanchez was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Kevin Sanchez, age 46, from Long Branch was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of marijuana in amount under 50 grams. Sanchez was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Joseph Ross, age 26, from Beachwood, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for contempt of court warrants. Ross was processed and released on his own recognizance.

Thomas Fell, age 66, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Jason Troshane for contempt of court warrants. Fell was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Nadeen Altieri, age 46, from Suffern, NY, was arrested by Officer Jason Reis for driving under the influence. Altieri was processed and released on a summons complaint.

John Distasio, age 22, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Thomas Foster for disorderly conduct. Distasio was processed and released on a summons complaint.

John Topping, age 57, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for possession of controlled dangerous substance and driving under the influence. Topping was processed and released on a summons complaint.

John Kennedy, age 56, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Paul Hadinger for a contempt of court warrant. Kennedy was processed and released after posting bail.

David Penszynski, age 51, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Jason Reis for criminal mischief. Penszynski was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Gregory Kava 2nd, age 19, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Erica Weeks for shoplifting and possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kava was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Ryan Covington, age 18, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for disorderly conduct. Covington was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Jason Wenzel, age 18, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for disorderly conduct. Wenzel was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Frederick Engler, age 51, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for a contempt of court warrant. Engler was processed and released on his recognizance.

Shawn Medvar, age 36, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer John Mele for possession of drug paraphernalia. Medvar was processed and released on summons complaint.

Paul Ortiz, age 55, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer John Mele for possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of prescription legend drugs, distribution, possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon by a felon. Ortiz was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Loren Halbersberg, age 48, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Sean Barry for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of prescription drugs. Halbersberg was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Alterique Smith, age 22, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Jesse Toma for a contempt of court warrant. Smith was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Daniel Corley, age 32, from Old Bridge, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for endangering the welfare of a child and driving under the influence. Corley was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Cody Olmo, age 26, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for contempt of court warrants. Olmo was processed ad released on a summons complaint.

Alexander Caliendo, age 28, from Aberdeen was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Caliendo was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Colin Kouri, age 36, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Paul Hadinger for contempt of court warrants. Kouri was processed and released after posting bail.

Corey Ruby, age 41, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for driving under the influence. Ruby was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Thomas May, age 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for contempt of court warrants. May was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Michael Arno, age 56, from Staten Island, NY, was arrested by Officer Felipe Caamano for a contempt of court warrant. Arno was processed and released on his own recognizance.

Elisa Perez, age 34, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Christopher Dee for a contempt of court warrant. Perez was processed and released after posting bail.

Wesley Assis, age 34, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Stephanie Geisel for a contempt of court warrant. Assis was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Thomas Phillips, age 38, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Fenezia for terroristic threats, obstruction, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with the intent to use, and prohibited weapons. Phillips was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Francis Delello Jr., age 61, from Port Monmouth, was arrested by Officer Robert McNair for being a fugitive from justice. Delello was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Allison Graf, age 46 from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Fenezia for contempt of court warrants. Graf was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Robert Ramos, age 31, from Asbury Park, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Haines for a contempt of court warrant. Ramos was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Jeffrey Timmons, age 21, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Jesse Toma for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Timmons was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Anthony Santiago, age 45, from Jamesburg, was arrested by Officer Christopher Menendez for driving under the influence. Santiago was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Wilbert McKinney 2nd, age 42, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Thomas Walden for contempt of court warrants. McKinney was processed and released to Aberdeen Police Department.

Tyler Scarangello, age 33, from Middletown, was arrested by Office Eric Van Schaack for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with the intent to use, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Scaragello was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Jesse Morris, age 53, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Sean Barry for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with the intent to use. Morris was processed and released on a summons complaint.

James Pedone, age 20, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Jason Andrews for a contempt of court warrant. Pedone was processed and released after posting bail.

Michael Coffey, age 33, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Joseph Ahlemeyer for criminal mischief and theft of property. Coffey was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Michelle Estrella, age 22, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Savaas Roumeliotis for driving under the influence. Estrella was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Antonio Palmer, age 21, from East Orange, was arrested by Officer Thomas Foster for a contempt of court warrant. Palmer was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Sean Nicholas, age 18, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Fenezia for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nicholas was processed and released on a summons complaint.

David Penszynski, age 51, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for contempt of court warrants. Penszynski was processed and released to Keansburg Police Department.

James Schultz, age 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for violation of probation. Schultz was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Thomas Farzan, age 29, from Middletown was arrested by Officer Brenden Santiago for criminal mischief. Farzan was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Fiore Centanni, age 59, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Jesse Toma for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Centanni was processed and released on a summons complaint.
