Middletown Police Blotter: Nov. 9 - 19

The following information was released by the Middletown Police Dept. on Nov. 20. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Unless indicated, all were released pending a court date. 

Nov. 9: Jai Singh, 18, from Deepdale Dr. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Donald Coates for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Nov. 10: Andrew Schacht, 20, from Frances Pl. in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Michael Reuter for theft and burglary.

Nov. 11: Edmund Kachurak, 56, from Thousand Oaks Dr. in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico for DWI. 

Andrew Rizzo, 39, from Bertie Ave. in Salsbury, NC, was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for defiant trespass and disorderly conduct. 

Charles Bolin, 37, Seabreeze Ave. in Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for simple assault. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Kristina Powell, 59, from Crescent Dr. in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Antonio Ciccone for simple assault and criminal mischief. 

Nov. 12: Michael Story, 20, from Manor Parkway in Lincroft was arrested by Ptl. Christian Clark for DWI. 

Ptl. Michael Pintilie arrested a 17 year-old male from Port Monmouth for simple assault. 

Nov. 13: Michael Lind, 24, from Trimbleford Lane in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit on warrants issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. He was transferred to the Tinton Falls Police Department.

Virginia Finley, 29, from Mabel Ave. in Leonardo, was arrested by Cpl. Robert McNair for simple assault. 

Jonathan Fernandes, 24, from Pease Road in Manalapan was arrested on Nov. 13 by Ptl. Carl Roth for violation of a court order. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Nov. 14: Russell Liquari, 50, from Prospect Ave. in Middletown, was arrested on by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico for possession of heroin. 

Gary Groves, 56, from Belvider Road in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested by Ptl. John Mele for DWI. 

Nov. 16: Sean Henton, 43, from Glenmary Ave. in Leonardo was arrested on Nov. 16 by Ptl. Charles Higgins for DWI. 

Fiona Gallagher, 21, from Highway 36 in Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Robert Shannon for theft, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of certain prescription drugs and possession of heroin. She was held on $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson. According to inmate records, she has since been released. 

Jason Morgan, 28, from Ave. D in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for violation of a court order.

Ivana Rasoilo, 21, from York Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. 

Nov. 17: Joseph Vitollo, 19, from Dolores Pl. in Middletown was arrested by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth for criminal trespass, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Nov. 18: George Heidelberger, 40, from Chapel Hill Road in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Frank Mazza for DWI. 

Nov. 19: Ronald Shopp, 26, from Elm Ave. in Belford, was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. 

Contempt of Court

Nov. 9: Nicolle Manso, 32, from Carr Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Cpl. Thomas Meckier for theft and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. She was held on $5,470 bail. 

Nov. 9: William Conery, 43, from Mills Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Sea Bright Municipal Court. He was released after posting $165 bail.

Nov. 12: John Lytle, 29, from Forrest Ave. in Rumson was arrested by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Fair Haven Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,500 bail. 

Nov. 15: Kyla Harrell, 24, from Konish Dr. in Middletown was arrested by Cpl. Joseph Glynn on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. She was released after posting $240 bail. 

Nov. 16: Mikeyia Thompson, 34, from Bishop James Clark Pl. in Cliffwood was arrested by Ptl. Brian McGrogan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. She was released after posting $303 bail.  

Nov. 18: Georges Fiori, 41, from Bonnie Dr. in Middletown was arrested by Sgt. Paul Bailey on a contempt of court warrant issued by Shrewsbury Municipal Court. He was released after posting $164 bail.
