Middletown Police Make Arrests for DWI, Theft and Drug Possession

Middletown police blotter for April 15 - 21. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Arrest reports distributed by Middletown Police Dept. on April 22. All were released pending a court date, unless indicated. 

 

April 15: Christine Oliva, 31, from Seabreeze Way in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for simple assault.

Sandra Shaw, 52, from Highway 36 in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Charles Higgins for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. She was held on $1,000 bail.

Melanie Marchese, 29, from Georgetown Rd. in Colts Neck was arrested by Ptl. Brian McGrogan for driving while intoxicated.

April 16: Condida Raffaele, 50, from Dawnlee Drive in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Andrew Siciliano for shoplifting from the Kohl’s store. 

April 17: Ptl. Brady Carr arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Wallington for criminal trespass, simple assault and resisting arrest.

Ptl. Brady Carr arrested a 17 year old-male juvenile from Middletown for obstructing the administration of law and hindering apprehension.

Ronald Bizzoso, 49, from Crane Drive in Cherry Hill was arrested by Ptl. Daniel Benbrook for violation of a court order.

April 18: Anthony Huff, 19, from Woodside Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for unlawful possession of Xanax, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.

April 19: Torie Butler, 46, from Embury Ave. in Neptune was arrested by Cpl. Patricia Colangelo for shoplifting from the Kohls Store and conspiracy. She was held on $7,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

Lisa Lawrence, 53, from Locust Ave. in Red Bank was arrested by Cpl. Patricia Colangelo for shoplifting from the Kohls Store, conspiracy, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. She was held on $32,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

April 20: James Imtanios, 21, from Park Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Det. Daniel Sullivan for receiving stolen property. He was held on $5,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

Amy O’Connor, 22, from Port Monmouth Rd. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Andrew Siciliano for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Charles Garbaccio, 31, from Phillips Mills Drive in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Scott Davis for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Christopher Malamut, 20, from Phoenix Court in Tinton Falls was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Hughes for disorderly conduct.

April 21:  Ptl. Thomas Hughes arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Middletown for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arthur Kaylor, 26, from Kimberly Court in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Andrew Siciliano for disorderly conduct. 

Nicole Eskildsen, 24, from Louis Circle in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. Ricardo Cruz for disorderly conduct.
