MJ's Abruptly Closes Its Original Tinton Falls Location
Saturday, Feb. 28 was their last day of business.

TINTON FALLS, NJ — MJ's Restaurant abruptly closed its original Tinton Falls location this past weekend.
Saturday, Feb. 28 was their last day of business. MJ's first announced Feb. 23 they would close their Tinton Falls location on Saturday.
"Unfortunately we will (be) closing our doors at MJs Restaurant Bar & Grill in Tinton Falls after 16 years of being here," they wrote on their Facebook page.

They did not give a reason why they are closing their Tinton Falls location.
MJ's started in Tinton Falls, and expanded throughout Monmouth County. There are MJ's bar/restaurants in Matawan, Middletown, Neptune Twp., Long Branch and elsewhere. MJ's is popular and well known in Monmouth County. Tinton Falls was their original location where they started.

The MJ's restaurant chain is owned by Angelo DiCapua and Robert Webster, who live in Monmouth County, and their operations director is Christina DiLuccio, the Asbury Park Press reported.
There is another MJ's in the Bayville section of Berkeley Township and one in Spotswood.
