Monmouth County Parks Summer Teen Job Fair Is March 12
The Monmouth County Park System is looking for lifeguards, camp counselors, park/golf course maintenance workers, swim teachers and more:
TINTON FALLS, NJ — Spend the summer working in the parks! The Monmouth County Park System is looking to hire lifeguards, camp counselors, park and golf course maintenance workers, swim instructors and more for June, July and August.
There are also opportunities in the Park System’s therapeutic recreation department, including a need for camp counselors for individuals with special needs and inclusion coaches.
Learn about these summer job opportunities by heading over to the Park System’s Summer Job Fair, held from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, March 12 at the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center, 2566 Guam Lane, Tinton Falls.

Prospective employees should be at least 16 years of age and a Monmouth County resident.
While teens age 16 and older are welcome, older college and grad students, teachers, retirees and more are all welcome at the job fair.
