Mulch Fire At Birravino Restaurant Thursday

RED BANK, NJ — A small fire broke out Thursday afternoon in the mulch outside Birravino restaurant in Red Bank, according to police in that town.

The fire broke out in the mulch at about 1 p.m. Thursday. It was quickly contained, said Red Bank Police Capt. Robert Clayton.

Red Bank Police and firefighters did respond.

"It was a small fire in the mulch bedding outside the restaurant," he said. "There was no reported damage to the building. It was contained quickly."
