New Vice-President At Middletown-Based Engineering Firm

T&M Associates has a new vice-president and construction/project management practice leader.

Michael Regan, who has 19 years of experience in construction and program management, has joined the Middletown-based engineering consulting firm.

“Mr. Regan will provide hands-on leadership and oversight for the company’s construction management, project management and alternative delivery initiatives nationwide,’’ according to a news release.

Regan is a certified construction manager. He was previously a division manager at Louis Berger, and before that, he worked as a construction program executive for the Architect of the Capitol in Washington, D.C., the news release said.

“Mike is a proven leader and seasoned construction manager who brings a new dimension to our construction and project management practice,” T&M Associates President and CEO Gary Dahms said in a prepared statement. “He has a successful track record in using alternative project delivery to promote true partnering and collaboration between owner, designer, contractor and project stakeholders that will result in cost efficiency, expedited schedule performance and better managed risk for our clients.”
