New Yoga Studio Opens in Atlantic Highlands

Atlantic Highlands, NJ - A new yoga studio has opened up in Atlantic Highlands. Selfless Love Yoga is located at 171 First Avenue, at the corner of West Garfield, and just opened their doors this week with an open house. The studio is owned by Atlantic Highlands native Lindsay Gunn, who completed her 200-hour teacher training in New Zealand.

The studio offers a variety of classes, with the schedule below:
