On the Beat with Middletown Police: Warrant(ing) Update, July 4 and 5

The following information was obtained directly from the records of the Middletown Township Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Middletown police arrested the following people on the charges of contempt of court warrants ...

• On July 5 at 10:50 p.m., Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia responded to the area of Broadway Avenue in reference to a report of a man, identified as Roger Bremekamp, 46, of Bay Hill Road in Leonardo, lying face down in the grass on the side of the road. The officer conducted an investigation and determined there was an outstanding contempt of court warrant issued by the Jersey City Municipal Court for Bremekamp’s arrest.

Bremekamp was taken into custody and was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released on bail.

Amanda Rivera, 30, of Kanes Lane, Middletown, was arrested on July 4 by Patrolman Richard Raike on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Galloway Township Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $350 bail.

Anita Santiago, 37, of Randolph Court, Long Branch, was arrested on July 4 by Patrolman Frank Mazza on the charges of three contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1637 bail.
