Red Bank's Brad Batcha Joins the Law Firm of Davison, Eastman & Munoz, P.A.
Effective March 16, 2015 the law firms of Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A. and Batcha & Batcha, LLC joined together.
Effective March 16, the law firms of Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A. and Batcha & Batcha, LLC joined together to serve their growing client base in Central New Jersey. Together, the firms will now offer their residential and commercial real estate clients a cross section of services to better serve their varied needs. New partners F. Bradford (“Brad”) Batcha and Francis E. (“Frank”) Batcha will advise clients in the new Red Bank office of Davison Eastman & Muñoz.
Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A. represents clients in corporate litigation as well in civil and criminal cases, family law, business and employment law, trusts and estates, municipal, land use, real estate matters and DWI defense. Six of the firm’s attorneys are certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as trial attorneys in civil, criminal or municipal law, an elite distinction which a small percentage of the state’s lawyers share.
The attorneys at Batcha & Batcha, LLC in Red Bank have represented clients in over 20,000 real estate closings including individual buyers and sellers as well as developers, builders, mortgage companies, title companies, and relocation companies. The firm has significant experience in relocation matters and has represented National Relocation Companies in over 8,000 closings.
