Popular Red-Bank Based Renaissance Pilates Is Offering Deeply Discounted Virtual Pilates Mat, Body Art & Dance Movement Classes Via ZOOM

If you have ever wanted to try Pilates, the perfect time is now! In an effort to help the community stay healthy during Lockdown, Renaissance Pilates is offering deeply discounted classes via ZOOM and is also inviting the community to join the online Facebook Group, Renaissance Pilates Motivates, to view the full schedule of classes. The schedule is also posted to the app, Mind Body. It is easy to download the ZOOM application and reserve for classes over Mind Body. Amazing instructors guide everyone in creative ways and encourage full body movement in the comfort of your own home. There are many classes to choose from, much more than just Pilates Mat including Barre, Cardio Circuit, BodyART, Fusion, Flex, and many more! Many of the instructors have devised their own classes and have made exercise so much fun with dance-type moves and trendy tactics all designed to give you a great workout without leaving your home.
