July 10, 2014: #savesayrevilleskatepark succeeded. Congratulations to everyone that worked hard; All I Know Is Goon, NJ Skateshop, Chris Nieratko, and every other person that contributed. We at Nephews applaud the Borough Council of Sayreville, NJ. They did not let stereotypes and bias lead to a wrong decision. They listened to the citizens of their town.
That being said, the whole city counsel of Middletown, NJ should be ashamed of themselves. All they had to do was unlock a gate. Instead they spent taxpayers money and tore apart the Port Monmouth Skatepark and trashed all the ramps. All while spending more money on artificial football and soccer fields that go unused for the majority of the year.
