Sean Byrnes, Jeana Sager Running For Middletown Twp. Committee

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Local Middletown Democrats will once again try to gain a foothold on the Township Committee, which is currently occupied by all Republicans.

Coming up in November 2019, the Township Committee seats currently held by Committeeman Rick Hibell and Committeeman Kevin Settembrino are up for election.

Sean Byrnes and Jeana Sager, both Democrats, have put their names in to run in the Democratic primary for the two open seats.

Settembrino and Hibell also submitted petitions to run to keep their seats. The filing deadline to submit petitions to run was today, April 2.

Here is the full list of all four candidates running for the two open Middletown Township Committee seats:

The primary election will be Tuesday, June 4 and the general election is Tuesday, Nov. 5.
