
Join us in our Stay Healthy program, with Grace Conte as our instructor, on Wednesday, September 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Middletown Township Public Library.
In this workshop, you will learn about a variety of self-care practices, such as centering meditation, healing affirmations, guided visualizations, walking meditation, qi-gong, and tools to nourish the senses (e.g., use of flower essences, essential oils, therapeutic teas and juices).
