MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Here's video from the most recent Middletown Township Committee meeting, held last Monday, April 2.
Ordinances were adopted to establish a CAP bank and to set a fair market value for some property the Township wants to either purchase or acquire by eminent domain in Belford, reported Middletown resident Don Watson, who records the meetings.
Ordinances were introduced to reissue an ordinance from 2017 authorizing to borrow $3.172 million for various projects and the other to allocate $259,000 to begin funding the construction of the new municipal building.

Resolutions were adopted to purchase a new truck for DPW, award a contract for GIS services, award a contract to construct a pavilion at Poricy Park and to establish an agreement between the Township and the Affordable Housing Alliance to prevent homelessness.
