According to Middletown resident Don Watson, who records the public meetings:
- This was the last night that Committeeman Steve Massell served on the governing body. He stepped down to serve on the Monmouth County Tax Board, a position that requires the holder to not sit on any governing body.
- An ordinance was removed that maintained a list of homes that required help in snow removal.
- Another ordinance was adopted to define areas in which microbreweries and micro distillers are allowed. It also redefined electronic signs at different locations.
