Water Main Break Closes W. Front St., Middletown-Lincroft Rd.
Middletown-Lincroft Road between W. Front Street and Newman Springs will be closed until Wednesday evening, said police.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — There was a water main break Wednesday morning in Middletown, occurring in the area of West Front Street and Middletown-Lincroft Road, said police.
The intersection of West Front Street and Middletown-Lincroft Road was closed as of 9 a.m., said police.
The water main broke just before 8:30 a.m.

"Middletown-Lincroft Road is closed between W. Front Street and Newman Springs Rd/CR520 due to a water main break. It is expected to be closed until sometime this evening," said Middletown Police.
That is a major thoroughfare.
