THE LEGEND OF THE FREEDOM QUILTS AND THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD presented by Trish Chambers. Learn how African traditions and the use of story cloths documented the history of tribes and set the stage for salves to learn survival lessons for their arduous journey to freedom. Creative Writing: Start with a writing exercise at each meeting, work on personal writing projects, and share with each for constructive feedback. Monday, October 29th @ 3:30 pm.

Math Tutoring: Need help with Math? Tutors are high school honor students and each session is 30 minutes. Tutoring is available for Math from Kindergarten through Pre-Calculus. Register for one of the three time slots. Monday, October 29th beginning @ 6:30 pm; Tuesday, October 30th beginning @ 3:30 pm.

Meditation and Relaxation: Learn simple breathing techniques, meditations, and passively relax, while listening to a guided meditation. Bring a yoga mat. Thursday, November 1st @ 3:15 pm.

Coloring Stress Relief: Learn to relieve stress and relax with coloring. A Drop-In program. Friday, November 2nd @ 2:30 pm.
