Creative Writing – Begin with a fun writing exercise to get creativity flowing, then we will work on and share personal writing projects or decide on a topic to write about for the day. Improve your writing skills and have fun. Monday, August 28th @ 3:30 pm.
College Essay Workshop - Participate in this 90 minute workshop with Professor Christine Zirngibl. Bring your essay questions or draft and Professor Christine Zirngibl will teach you what college admissions' boards are looking for, and how to write a good essay. For incoming Juniors and Seniors in high school. Tuesday, August 29th @ 6:30 pm.
Yoga - with certified instructor Alice Balzarini. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Dress in comfortable clothes for yoga. Thursday, August 31st @ 3:30 pm.
Trivia Night Jeopardy Style - in the form of “pub trivia”, teams will work together to come up with answers to a variety of questions. Members from each team will participate in lightning rounds. Thursday, August 31st @ 7:00 pm.
Chess: If you haven’t played before, we will teach you. Planning, confidence, patience and discipline are all benefits of playing chess. We just think it’s fun. No registration required. Friday, September 1st @ 3:30 pm.
