Write Club: Working on a novel? Writing poetry? Inspire yourself to write and hone your skills. Each meeting we have a writing prompt, reading of work, and discussion. Monday, December 19th @ 3:30 pm.
Math Tutoring: Free tutoring sessions at the library in the Children’s Quiet Reading Area. Bring textbook and/or homework. Tutoring sessions are for 30 minutes and are scheduled at 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, and 4:30 pm. Upon registering, you will receive an email with your tutoring session time. Tutors are volunteer high school honors students. Tutoring for Calculus and above is not available. Tuesday, December 20th @3:30.
Peer Tutoring: Tutors are high school honor students. Bring your homework with you. Subjects currently available are Spanish, French, Science, Math, History, and English/Language Arts. Monday, December 19th @ 7:00 pm.

Maker Monday: Explore, predict, tinker & make. This program will allow young people to develop confidence, creativity, & interest in science, technology, engineering, math, arts, & learning as a whole through making. For ages 6+. Monday, December 19th @ 3:45 pm.

Rubber Duckie Book Club: Join us for fun and stories (for members of the Rubber Duckie Book Club/1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program). Tuesday, December 20th @ 10:00 am.
Kids Playgroup: A playgroup that encourages children to explore hands-on activities and develop social skills. Grown-ups can chat and connect with other parents/caregivers while supervising their children’s play. A Drop-In program for all ages. Tuesday, December 20th, 27th @ 10:30 am.

Read to a Dog is a great way to improve the literacy skills of children by providing a non-judgmental listener in our furry friends. Children will read to a dog for five minutes. There will be teen reading buddies for younger siblings as well as for the K-5 set to practice with prior to their “dog time.” For independent readers grades K-6. Wednesday, December 21st @ 4:00 pm.
Toddler Time for Walkers: Toddlers learn by playing, moving, touching, making noise, looking at books, and being loved. Each toddler should bring a favorite grown-up to share in the fun and learning. A Drop-In program. For ages up to 32 months. Friday, December 23rd @ 10:00 am.

WinterFest Adventure: Back by popular demand, storyteller Don Dougherty gives us Winter Fest Adventure! In this fun, friendly and interactive winter tale, we'll meet Losty the Snowman, who will teach us that we each have our own inner beauty and they need to share it with others. Snow will be included! Recommended for anyone who loves a good story (especially grades K-6). Wednesday, December 28th @ 3:00 pm.
