All I Want Is A Job! Presented by Dr. Mary Gatta. Posing as a client in a New Jersey One-Stop-Career Center, she learned how well these centers function. Drawing tales from the frontlines, Dr. Gatta makes discoveries and recommendations for shifts in the workforce policy. Wednesday, October 22 at 7:00 pm.

Crazy 8s Math Club led by Hilary Bennett, uses manipulatives based on a different theme each week. For grades 3-5. Tuesday, October 21 at 7:00 pm.

Crafternoon: Leaf Masquerade – Create your very own leaf masquerade mask made out of real leaves. For ages 4-9. Wednesday, October 22 at 3:45 pm.

Drop-In LEGO Building Session. We will have our LEGOs out for free-play in our quiet reading area. For ages 5+. Wednesday, October 22 at 6:30 pm.

SCRABBLE with Kids – Play each week. Teens will teach you to play if you have never played before. For ages 6+. A drop-in program. Thursday, October 23 at 3:30 pm.

Mother Goose is an early language, literacy and social experience for infants and toddlers with their parents/caregivers. For ages up to 23 months. Friday, October 24 at 10:00 am.

Chess for Kids – Learn to play chess from other kids and teens. Planning, confidence, patience and discipline are all benefits of playing chess. We just think it’s fun. For ages 6+. A drop-in program. Friday, October 24 at 3:30 pm.

Tutoring for Kids – Keep up or get help with your school work. A drop-in program for grades K-8. Saturday, October 25 at 9:00 am.

Reading Buddies – Teen volunteers will be here to read with your child. A great drop-in program for beginning readers and pre-readers to become comfortable with reading. For ages 4+. Saturday, October 25 at 10:00 am.
