$15K In HVAC Equipment Stolen From Home: Millburn Police

The house was under construction when the items were taken, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ - The Millburn Police are looking for the person responsible for stealing more than $15,000 in equipment from a Delbarton Drive home at the end of August.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Hay responded to a residential burglary report on Delbarton Drive where the property manager reported between Aug. 21-27 someone took six radiators and two air conditioning condensers with a total value of $15,000 from the residence under construction.

The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
