$265 In Stolen Underwear Taken From Bloomingdale's: Millburn PD
Millburn police charged a 22-year-old Newark resident with shoplifting after he allegedly stole six pairs of underwear from Bloomingdale's.

MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn police recently charged a 22-year-old Newark resident with shoplifting after he allegedly stole six pairs of underwear from Bloomingdale’s. The price tag of the underwear was $265… about $44 per pair, authorities said.
According to the Millburn Police Department, Bloomingdale’s personnel reported a theft at the store on July 21. The employees said that a man concealed the underwear in a shopping bag and left without making payment.
Millburn police later found the alleged shoplifter at a nearby bus stop, authorities said.

After finding an unspecified amount of marijuana on his person, Millburn police also charged the 22-year-old with possession of a CDS. He was remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility on an outstanding criminal warrant.
