$4,500 Credit Card Fraud In Millburn: Police

Karim Reid was charged with identity theft, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ - A 40-year-old North Baldwin, NY, man was arrested and charged with identity theft after an incident with police on Aug. 16, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Pinero responded to Neiman Marcus on a fraud report where personnel said Karim Reid fraudulently charged a $4,500 handbag with a stolen credit card.

Reid was placed under arrest and charged with fraud, identity theft, and theft before being released on a summons, police said.
