5 Candidates Vying For Seats In Millburn Committee Race
The deadline is Wednesday if you want to change your party affiliation to vote in the June primary.
MILLBURN, NJ — A total of five candidates met last week's filing deadline to run for two seats on the Millburn Township Committee. Since three Democrats filed to run for the two seats, there will be a primary election among them on June 7.
Two Republicans also filed to run for the seats. They will face the two winners of the Democratic primary in the general election on Nov. 8.
For those who want to vote in a primary election in June, the deadline is Wednesday if you'd like to change your party affiliation. (More information is here.)

The Candidates
The candidates who filed by last Monday are:
Republicans
- Oyin Owolabi, a former Board of Education member
- Michael Rozansky, a longtime resident and retired small business owner
Democrats
(Cohen and Romano are endorsed by the local Democratic party)
- Michael Cohen, a retired financial professional
- Jeff Feld, an attorney and business owner
- Annette Romano, former health and safety director with the Millburn chapter of the Red Cross
Two of the five current committee members will leave office on Dec. 31, 2022.
