AP Students' Art on Display at MHS
The program held a reception for students to show off their portfolio of work.
The new cafeteria at Millburn High School was filled with student artwork on Monday night, and some of the work represents students who will continue their work in college.
The Advanced Placement studio art program students and the senior art consorium students had their art on display at a reception on Monday night. About 30 students had art hanging, and each student had several pieces on display. For many students it represented the completion of their high school work, but they will be moving on to work in art at the college level. Those students are:
- Allison Ryan—Maryland Institute College of Art
- Adrianna Kim—Rhode Island School of Design
- Anna Goldstein, Sarah Lopez and Casey Klugman—University of Michigan School of Art
- Julia Kron—James Madison University, art education
- Joy Jihyun Jeong—Cornell University, art major
- May Jieun Jeong—NYU, art major
- Hank Ehrenfried—Carnegie Mellon, art major
