Business Leader Needed: Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce Seeking New Board Member
Candidates can apply online; Deadline is April 30.

The Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce is seeking candidates to serve on its 2014-2015 Board of Directors.
Interested candidates should complete a required on-line survey by April 30.
“Our Board of Directors is a hard-working, passionate group of business leaders,” stated President Ileana Martin-Novoa. “Serving on the Board of Directors allows members from the business community to have a voice in chamber policies while serving this community we want to see thrive.”

In addition to attending regular monthly board meetings, each member of the Board of Directors is required to serve on at least one committee. Committees include marketing, fundraising, finance/budget, membership/volunteers and special events.
According to a release, the chamber’s Nominating Committee may not be able to seat everyone interested in serving, and the election is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
