Busted Brake Light Leads To Drug Arrest: Millburn Police
Charles Cumberbatch-Smith was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

MILLBURN, NJ - A 21-year-old Plainfield man was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after a traffic stop on Nov. 11, Millburn Police said.
According to officials, Lt. Ronceray stopped a 2002 Toyota Camry on Main and Essex for an inoperable brake light. The investigation led to the arrest of Charles Cumberbatch-Smith for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, police said.
Cumberbatch-Smith was issued a summons and released, police said.
