Car Theft, Burglaries And Drug Arrests: Millburn Police
A 2017 Mercedes Benz was taken from Main Street.

MILLBURN, NJ - A stolen Mercedes, a pair of residential burglaries and a drug arrest capped September for the Millburn Police Department.
- Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to a motor vehicle theft report on Sept. 24, police said. The victim told Lanni that between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. his 2017 Mercedes Benz C43 was taken from a Main Street business. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
- On Sept. 21 Millburn Police Officer Recinos responded to a Pine Terrace East residence on a residential burglary report. The homeowner told Recinos that between Sept. 19 and Sept. 21 someone broke a rear door window pane at the residence but that nothing appeared to be missing. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
- Sept. 24 saw Millburn Police responding to a residential burglar alarm on Tennyson Drive. A rear window was found pried open on the unoccupied residence but nothing appeared to be missing, police said. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
- Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2005 Nissan Altima on Millburn and Cypress for operating without any headlights on Sept. 18, police said. The investigation led to the arrest of 21-year-old Talina Gibson of Irvington and 21-year-old Tationnah Curtis of Newark for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Gibson and Curtis were both released on a summons.
