Carjacked Hyundai Recovered In Millburn Parking Lot

Millburn, NJ – Millburn police recovered a 2009 Hyundai Tucson allegedly carjacked out of East Orange in a municipal parking lot last week.

Millburn police said that a Bloomfield officer spotted a vehicle fitting the description, but lost track of it on Millburn Avenue in Maplewood.

The car was later found abandoned in Millburn Parking Lot 7, police said.

Police conducted a search of the area for suspects with negative results, but an investigation is ongoing, authorities stated.

The East Orange Police Department responded and took custody of the car.
