Celebrate Earth Day with Yoga & Meditation at Reeves-Reed Arboretum

Breathe-Move-Meditate with Claire Diab of American Yoga Academy in the Azalea Garden on Friday, April 22, 10-11:30am.

Gather your friends together for a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session on the beautiful and peaceful Arboretum grounds. Claire Diab of American Yoga Academy Studio will teach mantra meditation, breathing techniques, chakra toning and the six directions of the spine. The perfect way to celebrate Earth Day!

Adults only; $20 donation at the door. This event is weather dependent and will be cancelled if there is inclement weather.
