Criminal Warrant Arrest In Millburn: Police
Ben Polonia-Baez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop, police said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 27-year-old Readington, Pa. man was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on May 5, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2002 Honda Civic on Rt 24 east for an inoperable headlight. The investigation led to the arrest of Ben Polonia-Baez for an outstanding criminal warrant out of Newark, police said.
Polonia-Baez was issued a summons and turned over to the Newark Police Department.
