Drunk Driver Causes Car Crash: Millburn Police
Pierre Desrivieres refused to provide breath samples, authorities said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 46-year-old Livingston man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after a car crash on Sept. 30, according to the Millburn Police Department.
Millburn Police Officer Czupak responded to the intersection of Glen Avenue and Burnside Drive after receiving reports of a motor vehicle crash, authorities said.
The investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Pierre Desrivieres for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a breath sample, police said.

Desrivieres was issued a summons and released.
