Drunk Driver Crashes Car In Millburn: Police
Joseph Piscioneri lost control of his car on Route 124, police said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 54-year-old Summit man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and assault by auto after a car accident on Oct. 23, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Royce responded to Route 124 on a report of a motor vehicle accident. The investigation led to the arrest of Joseph Piscioneri of Summit for
driving under the influence and assault by auto.
According to statute, someone can be charged with might Assault by Auto in New Jersey if you have driven recklessly and have caused bodily injury to another person.
