Employee Charged With Theft From Victoria's Secret

Ebony Miller gave over $1,000 in merchandise to friends, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ - A 26-year-old Maplewood woman was charged with theft after allegedly giving more than $1,000 in merchandise to friends during the month of January, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to the Victoria's Secret store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report where personnel reported employee Ebony Miller had given $1,426.50 worth of merchandise to friends between Jan. 1-30.

Miller was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons, police said.
