The Matinee Club is accepting subscriptions online for it's 11th season of morning movie events. Members meet at local theaters one weekday a month from October to May at 11:30 am to see their choice of two first-run films. The early showtimes means there's time to see the movie and even lunch with the gals before that 3 pm school run. Members can choose from four locations (Chatham, Millburn, Montclair and Ridgewood) and six monthly events.
The Matinee Club has been bringing moms (and a few dads) to the movies since 2006. Last season, more than 1,000 members enjoyed seeing close to 50 films with the group. For more information and to subscribe, visit www.theMatineeClub.com.
