The main baseball field will be taken over by the town's most talented youth softball players in the annual Millburn Recreation department girls' softball league All-Star Game.
At the other field will be the annual youth Baseball & Lacrosse Skills Competition. Boys and girls ages 8-13 can participate in three skills contests—throwing for accuracy, throwing for speed and running the bases for speed. Prizes will be awarded for age group winners. No need to sign up in advance. Participants is asked to gather at the backstop of the field adjacent to Ridgewood Road.
