"A Film Unfinished," a Kean University film screening with Israeli film director Yael Hersonski and scholar Michael Berenbaum

The screening of a significant new film using a recently discovered reel of outtakes to explore how the Nazis deliberately and ruthlessly staged scenes to manufacture degrading images. With fewer individuals left to bear witness, this Israeli-German co-production is a significant inquiry into how far contemporary viewers can trust the evidence with their eyes alone. With film director Yael Hersonski and scholar Michael Berenbaum. Free with a suggested $10 donation at the door. Directions: www.kean.edu/directions.html. Sponsored by the university's Jewish Studies Program.
