On New Year's Eve, after regular à la carte seating from 5.00 - 7.00pm, this newest hotspot on the Millburn scene will present a limited-seating, three-course prix-fixe dinner highlighting Executive Chef Frank Falivene's updated Contemporary American comfort fare.
Choose from starters such as Lobster Bisque; Duck Egg & Hash; Tuna Tartare; Grilled Quail; Roasted Beets; or Foie Gras Torchon. Entrées include choice of Maine Diver Scallops; Slow Braised Lamb Shank; Wood-Oven Roasted Chicken Breast; Lobster Risotto; or Filet Mignon. Classic desserts selections include Profiteroles; Crème Brûlée; Key Lime Tart; Caramelized Apple Tart; Chocolate Mousse. Live DJ and midnight champagne toast!
