Christmas Concert and Tree Lighting

Sing Choirs of Angels! 

A Festival of Christmas music

for Organ, Orchestra, Handbells and Choirs.

Sunday, December 11^th

Concert  - 5:30 pm; Tree Lighting & Carols - 7pm

All of the CCC choirs will be joined by Baritone, James Dietsch and Chamber Orchestra for a magnificent evening of Advent and Christmas music.  

Two cornerstones of the evening will be Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on a Christmas Carol and Wilberg's I Saw Three Ships for Orchestra, Children's Choir, Chancel Choir and Handbells.  We will also sing excerpts from Handel's Messiah and carol arrangements by Wilberg and Rutter.  The concert will end in Candlelight with the choirs surrounding the audience while singing Luboff's moving arrangement of Still, Still, Still.

Following the concert, we roast marshmallows over an open fire and, together, light our Christmas tree.
